What do I need to bring with me?

- Comfy clothes you can relax in throughout your two night stay
- Yoga or activewear / clothing you feel comfortable practicing yoga, trail walking and sitting in meditation in
- A pair of runners for our trail walk
- Re-useable water bottle
- Sunscreen, hat, bathers
- Toiletries
- Medication
- Other getaway essentials (a book, phone charger)

No need to bring your yoga mat or bolsters as all mats and props are provided within the in house yoga studio.


How do I get to the retreat location?

Travel to and from the retreat location is to be organised by guests.
We add all attendees of our retreats and workshops to our community Facebook page - This is where you can reach out to others and arrange your travel to and from plans.

How much yoga should I expect? Do I need to attend all sessions?

We will have a yoga practice each day which are all optional. The schedule for yoga and our workshop will look something like the following.
Friday afternoon: 60minutes Vinyasa Flow
Saturday morning: 90 minute Vinyasa Flow
Saturday afternoon: 120minutes Embodiment Workshop (60min of movement and restorative sound bowl meditation included)
Sunday morning: 60min Vinyasa Flow

What does our itinerary look like?

Friday arrival from 3pm, free time to settle in, opening ceremony, vinyasa yoga + sound meditation, dinner, bed.
Saturday morning we are picked up by local guide for our nature walk before arriving to watch the sunrise. Ocean swim before returning home for breakfast and a vinyasa yoga session.
Free time to explore/relax, lunch, Embodied Self 2 hour workshop includes sound meditation, dinner, optional activities and bed.
Sunday morning vinyasa yoga + meditation, breakfast, option for an ocean swim before our closing ceremony and departure.

I’d like to have a drink can I BYO alcohol?

No, this is an alcohol free retreat.
Our retreat is focused on relieving anxiety and connecting to self. This means we won’t be serving alcohol throughout the weekend.
Instead of alcohol we’ll be providing delicious kombuchas, juices, soft drinks, tea, coffee and yummy hot cacao.

I have food allergies / special dietary requirements is this ok?

For sure! When you book with us we have a form you’re required to fill out with any requirements and allergies.
Please ensure you include all dietary requirements so we can prepare this well ahead.
