5 ways to keep positive energy flowing.

Maybe you’ve been feeling a little stagnant lately or after a boost in creativity.
Here's a few simple ways you can open up to create space, inviting positive energy to flow through.

Let go.
Letting go of unnecessary possessions and decluttering your home can free you from excess stagnant energy.
If you have items that are in good condition but you haven’t touched in months or years, find a Salvation Army, Vinnies or your closest charity store and give items away for someone else to love, whilst providing for a good cause.

Get Creative.
Get in touch with your inner child again.
Painting, crafting, building, creating.
Maybe you've been thinking about trying out music lessons, or the 12 year old you is saying "hey remember those singing lessons!"

If limiting beliefs are giving you all the excuses listen to your inner child and go getter self instead and give something old or new a go!

Say goodbye to toxic habits.
Ditch the evening mobile scrolls for a book.
Leave your work station or desk for a walk around the block throughout the day.
Swap the booze for alcohol free options.
Drop the gossip for things that matter.

Volunteer.
Studies show that when we volunteer and give our services to people, communities or projects that are in need of help we in turn feel good.
Volunteering enables us to feel valued, accomplished and the act of giving positively impacts our wellbeing physically and mentally.

Self respect.
Knowing your worth is all empowering.
When you know this there is no room for toxic situations.
Show yourself self love and worth daily by listening to how your feeling.
If you're anxious and want to self sooth e try this meditation. Take both your hands to your heart, close your eyes and take 10 deep breaths.
